Refund Policy

At AFSHÉ Heritage, each product is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to quality. Our whipped shea body butter is made primarily with natural Beninese shea butter and oils. Because we do not rely on heavy stabilizers to keep it firm, the product may soften or melt during warm-weather transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@afsheheritage.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Melted or Softened Body Butter

Melting does not make the product defective or unsafe to use and is not eligible for a refund or replacement solely due to melting.

If your butter arrives melted, keep the jar upright and place it in the refrigerator until firm. The appearance or texture may change slightly after melting and re-solidifying, but the moisturizing benefits remain.
